What does the DeepestSleep+ neuroacoustic software do?

Like all NuCalm products, DeepestSleep+ is a patented neuroscience technology that uses complex physics, including a pitch and frequency matrix and non-linear oscillating algorithms to safely deliver signals to the brain that the brain follows - called frequency following response. Just press play when you want to fall asleep. You will relax and easily drift off to sleep while listening to the selected track. If you wake in the middle of the night (which many adults over the age of 40 do), this will put you back to sleep.

Why are there 8 and 10-hour DeepestSleep+ session time lengths? What is the difference and the same between them?

The 8 and 10-hour software tracks include the same initial 50-minute neuroscience technology that guides you to Delta brain waves for sleep onset. At hour 4 of both the 8 and 10-hour sessions, the initial 50-minute physics returns for guidance to either stay asleep or go back to sleep. The 10-hour track provides an additional 2 hours of audio continuity.

DeepestSleep+ protocols

For sleep prep

  • Select an 8 or 10-hour DeepestSleep+ session while you are getting ready for bed (reading, journaling, breathwork, etc.). Restart DeepestSleep+ for additional relaxation before you are ready to fall asleep for the night.

For sleep onset

  • Select an 8 or 10-hour DeepestSleep+ session when you are ready to fall asleep for the night. The longer journeys provide more audio continuity throughout the night and encourage continued sleep with the return of the physics at hour 4.

We do not recommend restarting DeepestSleep+ 3-4 hours before your desired wake-up time as it can cause lethargy and sluggishness.
