How do I pause a NuCalm program?

Pausing or stopping a program may interrupt brainwave entrainment and affect your session experience. The neuroacoustic software is assembled in a specific algorithm to slowly guide your brain waves into particular frequencies at various timestamps. The physics decides exactly where your brain waves will be at a given time, so by stopping a program, you interrupt that process. We recommend putting your phone on Do Not Disturb to not get interrupted.
